At COIR, our name is more than a name – it is the foundation of our identity, our values, and the way we care for every patient who walks through our doors.
COIR is the strong, natural fibre found within the husk of the coconut. Sourced from coconut palms that flourish across the southern states of India – our family's place of origin – it has long been valued for its strength, durability and resilience.
The process of creating coir rope is especially meaningful to us. Individual fibres, while strong in their own right, become significantly stronger when braided together. Their strength lies not only in each strand, but in their unity.

That same symbolism is reflected in our family. COIR brings together three members of our family as dentists, united by a shared commitment to excellence, compassion, integrity and service. Each of us brings our own experience, expertise and perspective, yet we are strongest when we work together with a common purpose – to provide exceptional care for every patient entrusted to us.
Our logo embodies this philosophy through its braided form, representing three strands intertwined as one. It is inspired by the timeless words of Ecclesiastes 4:12:
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
